What packages can I use the discount for, and how long is it valid?

The 25% discount offer applies to our Premium and Professional packages. If you choose the Premium package, you get 25% off your first 3 months of your annual Famly plan. If you choose the Professional package, you get 25% off your first 6 months of your annual Famly plan.

When can I get the discount?

Right now! Sign up to claim your discount via the form at the top of this page. Make sure to finalise your agreement with Famly within 30 days of receiving a demo. See more in the terms here.

Can I pay monthly? Or do I have to pay annually?

To take advantage of this discount, you need to sign up for an annual plan. The discount will be applied to your first bill.

Do I need to renew my Famly subscription after the 1st year?

We'll take care of your subscription as long as you are a customer with us - you don't need to do anything extra once your first year has passed. Your subscription will renew automatically, at full price, after 12 months.

I’m already a Famly customer - can I use the discount?

Sadly not. This offer is only for brand-new customers to Famly.
