In the first of our refreshed format for Famly Sessions for 2021, we were joined by Linda Baston-Pitt who presented on the topic of Staff Wellbeing in the Early Years. She presented a range of different information including an explanation of her PERMAH approach, developed in collaboration with the team at PurpleBee Learning.
In the one hour session, Linda explored why you need to put wellbeing at the heart of your practice, the pillars of wellbeing to focus on, how to balance career with mental physical and social health, and an understanding of the small changes you can make which will have a big impact - all in light of the COVID pandemic.
