Addendum - October Referral Offer

1. The Terms

The Famly Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are the terms governing the participation and qualification requirements of the Famly Referral Program. 

2. Entering the Famly Referral Program

A customer subscribing to a paid subscription of the Famly platform can participate in the Famly Referral Program as a referrer. The Famly Referral Program is exclusively for customers based in the UK, Ireland and in the US. Therefore, the referer must refer to a new customer (“referee”) within the same country as itself in order to qualify for the Famly Referral Program.  

All admin and staff users of the referrer can obtain a unique referral link via the Famly platform. The referrer can access their unique referral link in the Famly App and share it directly from the app to a referee.

The Famly Referral Program is not a personal program as it applies to the entity itself and the reward is a discount to the referrer's current subscription package. The Famly Referral Program discount cannot be combined with any other ongoing offer, promotion, or discount with Famly (this applies to both the referrer and the referee).

3. Qualification

The referee qualifies for the Famly Referral Program when:

  • they haven't been in any active dialogue with Famly, signed up for a demo or the free package in the 6 months prior to the referral program sign up.
  • they’ve made use of a valid unique referral link in the online referral program sign-up process on a designated referral signup page.
  • they’ve become a full Famly customer on the Essentials or Premium package within 30 days of signing up for a demo or trial via the referral program.

A referee can only qualify for the Famly Referral Program online as stated above. Famly does not accept unique referral codes over the phone, over email or subsequent to any other online signup.

4. Receiving the offer

If a referee meets all the qualifications set out in clause 3, the referee will receive a 50% discount of the chosen subscription package (i.e. either Essential or Premium package) for the first three months of the subscription period. If the referee signs up for a monthly subscription, the first three invoices will include a 50% discount. If the referee signs up for an annual upfront subscription, the upfront invoice will include a discount equivalent to a 50% discount for three months of the chosen annual subscription. 

If a referee meets all the qualifications set out in clause 3, including having paid their first invoice (which is discounted), the referrer will receive a 50% discount of their current subscription for the next three months. If the referrer has a monthly subscription, the next three invoices will include a 50% discount. If the referrer has an annual upfront subscription, the discount equivalent to a three month 50% discount will be automatically applied to the next annual invoice.

5. Distribution and number of referrals

Famly customers may use and distribute their unique referral link to aid promotion of the Famly Referral Program as they see fit.

The referrer can refer as many new customers as they want, and will receive a 50% discount for the period of 3 months for each new full Famly customer that they refer to in accordance with the stated terms. There’s no limit to the number of new customers that can be referred by one referrer. 

6. Suspicious activity

If, after an investigation at Famy’s discretion, Famly identifies suspicious activity resulting in an unusual amount of referrals by a customer, Famly has the right to revoke that customer's right to a discount. 

7. Changes to the Famly Referral Program terms 

Famly retains the right to modify or update these terms and incentives at any time.
