Terms regarding the offer 


1. The offer/discount

Famly is running a time-limited discount campaign where new customers can pay just £1 to gain access to Famly's Premium or Professional package to help them get set up over the summer. After September 1st, the new customer will begin paying full price for their chosen package on either a monthly, or annual plan. See pricing here.

2. Eligibility criteria

You, as a new customer qualify for this offer providing that:

  1. You are a new customer to Famly or you have not had a contract with Famly in the last 12 months prior to the date of signing up for the offer.
  2. You must work in an Early Year Years setting based in the UK or Ireland.
  3. You have reached an agreement to become a Famly customer and accepted the Famly Terms and Conditions within 30 days of receiving a demo from Famly.

3. Claiming the campaign offer

Upon meeting the eligibility requirements, the customer can claim the offer by submitting their payment details and paying the £1. You will then have access to your chosen Famly package.

You cannot combine the offer with any other ongoing offers, promotions or discounts offered by Famly outside of the scope of this campaign.

4. Changes to these terms

Famly retains the right to modify or update the terms of this agreement at any given time.
