When will I get a call to set up my demo?

During business hours (8am-4pm UK time), we’ll call you back right away to set up your demo. If you contact us outside business hours or over the weekend, we’ll call you as soon as we’re back.

Do I need to provide credit card details?

Absolutely not! Our demos are completely free. We won’t ask you for credit cards or any other payment details to get a personal demo.

Can I get a demo if I’m already a customer?

Sadly not. If you’re already a customer, reach out to us in-app instead! We’ll be there to answer any questions you have.

Who will I be talking to?

You’ll be talking to one of our lovely product specialists, who are specially trained to take you through the whole platform and work out the best package and price range for you.

How long will the call last?

Depending on how much detail you’re looking for, a call can be around 1 hour long. Though that’s all up to you!

Do I need to sign up with Famly afterwards?
