How long does it take to get up and running?

Get started in as little as 4 hours. Your dedicated account manager will work with you to make an onboarding plan that’s tailored-made for your center.

Do I have to pay extra for support and training?

Absolutely not. As a Famly customer, you get ongoing support and training completely free of charge.

I’m ready to switch from another platform! How do I transfer my data?

We’ll guide you through the process to export your data and do a bulk upload into Famly. Don’t worry - we’ve done this countless times, and we’ll be with you every step of the way.

Can you offer something more flexible for my center?

Yes, send over some details to talk to our product specialists. We’ll walk you through all our features, and find a package that best suits your childcare center.

Are there any additional fees?

Our transparent pricing means you pay one flat monthly fee. This includes your setup and onboarding, access to the platform, and unlimited customer support. 

There’s no extra cost to pay per child, and it’s completely free for parents and staff using the app. As you grow, we’ll scale with you.
