The sooner the better! Once you get started with Famly you’ll be able to overcome all those obstacles that have been holding you back from making important business decisions. Isn’t it ironic? Those same obstacles that make you feel like it’s just not the right time to start using Famly are the same ones that Famly can help you solve. Long story short - we are ready for you to step up the game anytime!
What do I need to get started with Famly?
All you need is a stable internet connection and a tablet for each classroom. That’s it – we’ll take care of everything else.
Where can I access Famly from?
You can access Famly anytime and from anywhere. It works on your tablet, computer, laptop and smartphone. Famly is designed to fit your lifestyle - check what's going on in your center on the go, in the Maldives, or with a cup of coffee in your office.
How long does it take to get up and running?
Our centers take roughly two to four weeks to get set-up and familiarized with Famly depending on how quickly they want to take things. No matter your onboarding goals, our customer success team will work with you to create a custom onboarding plan that works for your center.
How do I export information from my current system?
Most systems have a way for you to export your children’s basic details onto a spreadsheet, and from there we can do a bulk upload into Famly. We’ll help you with that in the onboarding process!
Are there any additional fees?
Nope, you just pay one flat monthly fee which includes your setup and onboarding, access to the platform, and unlimited customer support. There’s no fees to pay per child, so if your center grows, you won’t have to change plans.
What is the customer support like?
Our outstanding customer success team is here for you to succeed and ready to answer your call, email or chat with you right over the app. When you join us you become ‘part of the Famly!’ When it comes to your center’s parents or teachers, our support team are there for them too. Remember, what’s important to you is important to us!
How long is the contract for?
Whether you pay monthly or annually, you are subscribing to a 12-month rolling contract.
Will my platform get continuously updated?
Yes, our team is working hard to continuously develop and improve Famly and your platform will regularly get updates. You’ll be informed in-app when these new updates arrive.
Can I upgrade if I want more features?
Yes, you can upgrade whenever you like, just contact our customer success team to get your platform upgraded.
What if I want to add an additional center onto my platform?
You can add as many additional centers as you like. When adding an additional center we will convert your login into an organizational login, that way you only need one login to access all of the centers. You will also receive a discount for every additional center added!
Where is the data stored and is it secure?
Famly uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure for data storage. It is one of the most secure cloud computing environments available with highly secure data centers utilizing state-of-the-art surveillance and access control systems, you can find out more about our data security procedures here.
