Accountability has a reputation problem in early childhood, but what if holding people to a standard is actually one of the most caring things a leader can do? In this session, ECE coach and keynote speaker Prerna Richards joins Famly's Tiny Chair Academy to explore what it really looks like to lead with compassion and clarity.

You'll walk away with practical frameworks for regulating your own stress before hard conversations, giving staff the kind of recognition that actually lands, and building a culture where expectations are clear, people feel valued, and your team actually wants to stay. This is the kind of professional development that meets you where you are, whether you're a director, coach, or lead teacher navigating the very human work of running a childcare program.
