Just because you can scale doesn't mean you should. A lot of childcare owners find that out the hard way.In this session, we sit down with Stephanie Thompson, CEO of TLG Financial Foundation, to chat about the financial strategy behind sustainable growth. We're talking real numbers, real decisions, and the questions some directors don't know to ask until it's too late. You'll walk away with a clearer picture of:
- What your financials actually need to look like before growth makes sense
- The difference between being fully enrolled and being financially healthy
- How to stop making expansion decisions based on instinct and start making them based on data
- What to do if you're already mid-scale and something feels off
