AI isn't the future of early childhood education. It's already here, and the gap between directors who are using it and those who aren't is growing every week. Research out of Stanford and Duke shows women are using AI 40% less than men, and in a field that's already stretched thin, that difference adds up fast.In this session of Tiny Chair Academy, Meghan Cornwell (Famly) and Dr. Teri DeLucca (Impact Early Ed) are talking about what AI actually is, why so many of us have been hesitant to use it, and how childcare directors can start using it, not to replace the human connection that makes early education irreplaceable, but to protect it.Attendees will leave with:
- A clear picture of the AI gender gap and why it matters in early childhood education
- A reframing to see AI as a professional skil
- An honest look at the human connection at the core of early childhood and how AI adoption can actually strengthen that important work
Attendees will receive a certificate of attendance
