I’ve used Famly since opening and have nothing but praise for their service. Whether it's invoicing, booking schedules, planning ahead or customer service, everything about Famly is excellent. Parents also love the updates they get during the day. We wouldn't use any other system and I regularly show it off to other nurseries.
Famly’s been incredibly easy to roll out, we wouldn’t have taken so long to make our decision if we’d known. The system’s so straightforward that even after a day you’d know what you’re doing.
I literally couldn't do without Famly. Since joining I’ve noticed much more parent interaction. It’s easy enough for staff to use within a busy nursery. I manage 2 Nurseries so this provides me with the same information for both, which means I can analyse both/either no matter where I am.
The app is brilliant and very easy to use. The parents love it and really appreciate the ease of use and being able to see lots of pictures of their children. After having a problem today, the customer support has been really great - very helpful and patient despite my grumpiness and frustration. Thank you very much 🙂
This app came with my son’s nursery and both my wife and I really love the instant updates and the ability to communicate with our son’s nursery. The app works two ways so we can also upload pictures and write messages too.
My favourite bit of the day is when nursery updates @famlyhq app. "Ruaridh says cheese". Of course he does. He looks like he's planning destroying the house and chasing the dog later. A fantastic tool.
Famly, your fabulous software is making this challenging time so much easier best decision we made to transfer a year ago.
We wanted an online platform that had everything we needed and Famly’s perfect for us. Famly are always up to date with the latest guidelines and they ask us for feedback. We haven't had a bad experience yet and even if we did, I have complete faith that it would be quickly resolved. If you’re thinking about changing, I’d definitely recommend Famly. It’s the best thing we’ve ever done!
Great software, it was really easy to set up and the customer support were knowledgeable, friendly and easy to contact. We've been using it for around 6 months and it has made our account monitoring much easier and it’s a great way to share information with parents.
