None at all! We’ll help you get your account all set up and get you onboarded - for free.
Do I have to pay extra for support and training?
Absolutely not. As a Famly customer, you get ongoing support and training completely free of charge.
Do the prices change depending on the number of children?
No, depending on which package you’re on, you pay per setting - not per child. We’ll talk you through all your options during your demo.
What if I want to cancel my contract?
If you’re on a monthly contract, you can cancel with a month’s notice. But we hope you never want to do that! For a full breakdown of our terms and conditions, just click here.
Can I move to a different package in the future?
Yes you can - you can actually upgrade your package from right inside the Famly app. If you want any add-ons or want to talk about additional features, just reach out to us.
