Absolutely not. As a Famly customer, you get ongoing support and training completely free of charge.
Is this pricing specifically for the UK and Ireland?
Yes. The pricing and packages described on this page are tailored specifically for nurseries and providers in the United Kingdom and Ireland, and do not apply to other regions. If you are based in a different region, please visit the correct pricing page by using the country selector in the navigation menu.
What if I want to cancel my contract?
If you’re on a monthly contract, you can cancel with a month’s notice. But we hope you never want to do that! Find a full breakdown of our terms and conditions here.
Can I move to a different package in the future?
Yes you can - you can actually upgrade your package from right inside the Famly app. If you want any add-ons or want to talk about additional features, just reach out to us.
