The Famly Partners Programme

Terms regarding the partner’s customers 

The Famly Partners Programme terms apply to Famly customers in the UK, Ireland and US.

1. The offer/discount

Famly has entered into Partnership Programme agreements with certain selected partners regarding certain discounts and/or offers. As a customer of one of our selected partners, you can benefit from offers on subscriptions to Famly.

Such offers are made available to you by the partner (such as via the partner website, email newsletter or other promotional material).

2. Eligibility criteria

You, as a customer of our selected partners, qualify for a discount/offer under the respective Partnership Programme as presented to you by the partner, provide that:

1. You are a new customer to Famly or you have not had a contract with Famly in the last 12 months prior to the date of signing up for the offer.
2. You have made use of a valid partner link in the online Partnership Programme sign-up process, and you are a proven customer of the partner business.
3. You have reached an agreement to become a Famly customer and accepted the Famly Terms and Conditions within 30 days of  receiving a demo from Famly.

3. Claiming the discount/offer

Upon meeting the eligibility requirements, the offered discount will be deducted from the subscription in your contract with Famly.

You cannot combine the offer under the Partnership Programme with any other ongoing offers, promotions or discounts offered by Famly outside of the scope of the Partnership Programme.

4. Changes to these terms

Famly retains the right to modify or update the terms of this agreement at any given time.
