Tamsin's expertise lies in developing a loving pedagogy in early years schools and settings, supporting early childhood educators in their role, supporting children's behaviour and emotional wellbeing and, in particular, reinterpreting behaviour in the light of schemas. She also has a keen interest in play, including superhero play, emotion coaching and problem solving. Tamsin has previously researched school readiness and believes that schools should be ready for children and children have a positive disposition to learn - which means focusing on play, engagement and tapping into intrinsic motivation.
