I’ve used Famly since opening and have nothing but praise for their service. Whether it's invoicing, booking schedules, planning ahead or customer service, everything about Famly is excellent. Parents also love the updates they get during the day. We wouldn't use any other system and I regularly show it off to other nurseries.

Famly’s been incredibly easy to roll out, we wouldn’t have taken so long to make our decision if we’d known. The system’s so straightforward that even after a day you’d know what you’re doing.

The app is brilliant and very easy to use. The parents love it and really appreciate the ease of use and being able to see lots of pictures of their children. After having a problem today, the customer support has been really great - very helpful and patient despite my grumpiness and frustration. Thank you very much 🙂

This app came with my son’s nursery and both my wife and I really love the instant updates and the ability to communicate with our son’s nursery. The app works two ways so we can also upload pictures and write messages too.

It's made the whole of my admin role much easier. As a manager of a small but busy Pre school setting I wear many hats! This software has made invoicing, registering, keeping parents contact details in to date and keeping in touch with parents and staff much much simpler.
